Yoga for Health (Wednesday 6.30pm - 8.00pm) at Skelsmergh - SEPTEMBER (Single Weeks)

After the high energy of summer with holidays & guests and general busyness ... it's time to discover again a sense of calmer energy. So join us this September for a grounding, centering, and re-balancing yoga practice. We'll be using a blend of somatic and hatha yoga to ease us back into the rhythms of early autumn and encourage a return to inner calm and stability. Expect tension releasing gentle movement with breathwork and a relaxation to sound to finish each session. Use this option to book SINGLE WEEKS (£10). You can use this option to select the weeks that you want to come below and then check out in a single transaction
