Holistic Qigong

Relax and de-stress with gentle holistic QiGong. This session is split into two parts and the first part will always cover the basic stances and learning points so beginners can join at any time. The second part of the session explores the 18 movements of Shibashi Set 1 with relaxing music The sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness including those who may chose to sit for all or some of the session.
