Yoga For Health JANUARY 2025 - Joints & Gentle Energy SINGLE WEEKS

Start your new year with yoga to help body and mind. In these darker, colder months, we'll be focusing on joint health including hands and fingers as well as movement to gently energise. Use this option to book single sessions (£10). Classes will run on 8th, 15th, and 22nd January NO CLASS ON 29 JANUARY
