Feeling off-balance? Want to feel grounded, strong and stable? Finding, moving and breathing from our centre can help us negotiate daily life with greater ease. This is a gentle yoga session based on a blend of traditional and somatic yoga practices. Classes will run on 5th, 19th, 26th March and 2nd April. PLEASE NOTE - no class on 12th March.
