Set yourself up for the month ahead with a super relaxing session of somatic yoga followed by a Yoga Nidra. This online class runs from 7-8pm on the first Monday of each month. We'll start off with some tension releasing yoga (all on the mat - no standing) and you can then nestle and settle however you like for a guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
